Of course you can easily go and see bisons in the park, but it’s not challenging. More interesting is to hunt for them in the wild. It’s not that difficult in wintertime when they have not too much food available. There are couple of places where hay is served for animals. Bisons know these places and use them as a kind of winter restaurant. Unfortunately when I went to Białowieża this year even in these known places it was not easy to catch them. After visiting seven or eight such places we finally found them near Siemianówka. And they were behaving well and allowed us to take couple of pics.
